Trond Hammer

Trond is Partner / Director at NAI FirstPartners based at our office in Tromsø.
He received a degree in Fisheries Economics from the University College in Bodø, specializing in marketing and law and began his work experience with senior positions in the tourism industry in the period 1993-1997. Trond began his real estate career in 1997 as a Broker and eventually a Director in Notar between 1997-2000.

He worked as general manager at Acta ASA in Tromsø between2001-2002 and co-founded RE / MAX in Tromsø between 2003-2006. Trond was also co-founder of a private brokerage in Tromsø from 2006 to date.

Oddbjørn Berg

Managing Director Tromsø / Partner

Oddbjørn Berg is managing director of NAI FirstPartners in Tromsø. He started his career in Forretningsbank AS in Tromsø, and spent 20 years in the insurance industry, as an authorized insurance broker for both accident cover and life insurance for the residential and commercial market. He was also sales manager and eventually regional manager of Samvirke Forsikring, and regional manager Vår Bank of Forsikring as well as Sales Director of HR Sea Products and General Manager in the North of Norway for the investment company Acta ASA.
Oddbjørn has comprehensive experience in mediation, negotiations, nationally and internationally as well as the sale of syndicated real estate products.

Educated in England and received an economics, marketing and management degree from BI in Norway.

Frank Johannessen

Agen t/ Advisor

Frank is a commercial real estate consultant. He started his career in the construction industry including extensive experience in masonry, tiling, carpentry and the glass trade.

He has formal qualifications in masonary and site preparation as well as 20 years of experience in negotiations earning him a substantial contact network throughout the north of Norway.

Finn Nilsen

Agent

Finn was adviser to the Directorate for the fishing industry from 1975 to 1984. Later he became  Managing Director of Fiskerikreditt AS between 1984 to 1994 and financial services from the office in Tromsø. From 1995 to 2000 he was employed by Kreditkassen in Tromsø, with responsibility for clients in Northern Norway. Finn went on to become Partner in Acta ASA between 2001 to 2009.

Finn was educated at the University of Tromsø. He has a varied a background in banking and finance sine 1984.

Martin Tjærandsen

Agent

Martin Tjærandsen is employed as a commercial real estate consultant in Tromso and joined NAI FirstPartners in August 2011.

Martin works with sales, lettings, tenant representation and valuations in Bodø. He previously worked as a commercial broker at Meglerhuset in Bodø and received an MBA in Business from  Handelshøjskolen  in Copenhagen.

Morten Jørgensen

Agent

Morten Jørgensen is employed as a real estate agent at NAI FirstPartners Tromso and joined in July 2011. He works in sales, tenant representation and lettings.


Morten recently graduated at Charles Darwin University in Australia, and Handelshøgskolen at the University of Bodø, where he completed a bachelor's degree in real estate. He has experience in sales and marketing and as marketing manager in the Børsgruppen of HHB.  He has also worked actively with the sale of share capital and rental of commercial property through a private company.
