Eiliv Christensen

CEO / Partner

Eiliv founded Real Team AS in 2000 – the company behind the brand NAI FirstPartners. This became part of the NAI Global network of real estate companies in early 2006.

He services corporate clients, investors and institutions providing expert advice on all manner of real estate issues. His main area of expertise includes transactions, investments, tenant representation and corporate services.

Eiliv has been in the real estate business since 1985 and previously worked for OPAK AS one of the biggest and most respectable consulting companies in the business. There he provided property & facilities management services, as well as project management and development for a variety of corporate clients. In 1991 he joined Norsk Naeringsmegling AS, now a part of the Union Group. There he worked as a senior commercial real estate broker responsible for sales & lettings, tenant representation, analysis and valuations.

Bjørn Einar Sundby

Partner

Bjørn Einar became a partner at NAI FirstPartners in 2006 and heads up the transactions and investments team.

He has over 20 years experience in the real estate business working with investors and institutions. Between 1995 and 2005 he was a Partner at ForvaltningsCompagniet AS after 1 year as Sales Manager for DnB Eiendom, a subsidiary of Den Norske Bank, now DnB NOR. Previous to that Bjørn Einar specilaised in the banking and finance sectors. He spent 5 years as Marketing Director at Eiendomsutvikling AS having spent 5 years as a regional manager at ABC Bank and 3 years as Marketing Manager at Elcon Finans between 1981-1984.

Tor Bergan

Partner

Tor Bergan has over 20 years experience in commercial property in 1987. He joined NAI FirstPartners in September of 2010 and is mainly responsible for Sales and Lettings. Tor has also worked with lease renewals and acquisitions building up a loyal network of occupier and investor clients.

Recently at Cordea Real State he managed the transactions team and developed the lettings side of the business. Previous to that he spent over 12 years as a partner at NEAS ASA before it was sold in 2000. Tor also spent several years at Bergan Tschudi & Malling Property and ESSAR Invest where he worked primarily with sales and syndication of real estate projects.

Johanne Cath. Brustad

Partner

Johanne joined NAI FirstPartners in August 2006. She acts for a large number of corporate clients acquiring property to buy and to let. She is also responsible for sales and lettings of commercial property including offices, industrial, retail, hotel and leisure.

Having run her own agency for eight years, specializing in investments, sales and marketing of commercial real estate, Johanne has gained a lot of experience in the business working with clients from a variety of different sectors. Previously she was Sales Manager at Mediehuset Nearingseiendom in Osl where she was responsible for sales and marketing.

Steinar Solberg

Partner

Steinar is head of valuations and works with all manner of corporate service clients on a variety of different properties including offices, warehouses, hotels and shopping centers.

Steinar has experience valuing both single unit vacant premises as well as larger, more complex investment portfolios made up of different types of commercial property, a variety of tenants and complex lease agreements. Since 1994 he has worked as a commercial real estate agent most recently at CB Richard Ellis where he was responsible for valuations and investments. Previous to that, Steinar worked as a consultant engineer for building contractor companies on large development projects.

Kristoffer Hagelsteen

Agent / Advisor

Kristoffer joined NAI FirstPartners at the end of 2007 and is in charge of lettings. He manages a large portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties on behalf of investors, institutions and private owners and is also responsible for a number of acquisition projects in the greater Oslo area.

Coming from a legal background, Kristoffer brings a different perspective to the real estate business. He was previously account manager and technical advisor at Lindorff AS where he administered a large loan portfolio that involved negotiating complex re-financing agreements. His experience with commercial loans and banking industry players adds further value to the service he provides to clients.

Geir Atle Finden

Geir Atle Finden joined NAI FirstPartners as a property consultant in Apirl 2011. He specializes in Tenant Representation particularly lease renegotiations and searches for new premises. His arri-val has bolstered the NAI Corporate Services Team which is active throughout the Nordic region and the rest of Europe.

Marianne Ellila

Marianne has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in Norway having gained experience at various companies over the last 11 years. She works mainly on Sales, Lettings and Acquisition projects for a range of investor and institutional clients.

She has worked as a real estate consultant since 1997. Having spent 7 years as Managing Director for Meglerhuset Erland Morud Frogner AS she went on to a brokerage role at Notar eiedom AS between 1997-2000. Previous to that Marianne was a director of the Oslo and Akershus real estate association, NEF, and a member of Norway’s Real Estate Agent Association in Oslo.

Sabine Jennica Bartler

Sabine joined NAI FirstPartners late in 2010 and is responsible predominantly for Sales and Lettings. Her background is in residential sales have gained more than ten years in the industry. She also assists with marketing and accounting matters.

Previously, she worked as head of corporate development in connection with the establishment of a private brokerage in Sweden and also worked as general manager of another private brokerage franchise. Previous to that she gained a wealth of experience as a residential broker active in the greater Oslo area working for companies such as Area Real Estate and Nordvik & Partners.

Jens Petter Eggum

Jens Petter Eggum (Jeppe) has been employed since January 2011, and works with tracking of new assignments and projects, search for commercial properties for clients, as well as market and project analysis in connection to rental assignments. Mona Bakken

Office Manager

Mona Bakken started at NAI FirstPartners in May 2011. She is our Office Manager with HMS's responsibility, and shall include working with CRM systems, control and coordinate our marketing activities, market and project analysis.

She is a graduate of the BI / NMH in sales and marketing, organizational psychology and leadership. Her job experience is in this discipline.
